Keep your hiring initiative together.

Plan the roles and open days in Careers, with candidate communications connected to each campaign.

See all tools

Group the work around a goal

Create a recruitment campaign and add the roles or open days that belong to it. Keep a graduate intake separate from ongoing hiring.

Plan when opportunities appear

Save drafts, publish immediately or choose a future publishing date. Set a closing date so new applications stop at the deadline.

Find the right view

Filter opportunities by campaign, publishing status, role, department or location. Follow the applications linked to the selected campaign.

Keep a useful history

Archive a campaign for reference. Archiving the campaign does not close its roles or change their existing publishing schedules.

From setup to results in four clear steps.

  1. 1Create a hiring campaign
  2. 2Add vacancies and recruitment open days
  3. 3Set publishing dates and campaign emails
  4. 4Review related applications in Careers

Frequently asked questions.

Is this a separate recruitment system?

No. Recruitment Campaigns is part of Incentively Careers and uses the same opportunities, applications and recruitment access roles.

Can we schedule vacancies in advance?

Yes. Choose Scheduled and a future publishing time. Publishing runs through the site scheduler; closing dates stop new applications at the specified deadline.

Can each campaign have different emails?

Yes. A campaign can inherit workspace email defaults or use its own saved wording for future candidate messages.

Can existing roles join a campaign?

Yes. Authorised recruiters can select a campaign in the opportunity editor. Roles can also remain outside a campaign.

Who can manage campaigns?

The workspace owner and workspace-wide Recruiters can manage shared recruitment campaigns. Colleagues still need the appropriate Careers role to access recruitment records.
