See what candidates receive
The candidate email hub identifies automatic messages and messages that need a recruiter to review and send, from confirmation to follow-up.
Make the wording your own
Edit workspace defaults or tailor the emails for a recruitment campaign. Preview messages with sample details before using them.
Leave room for a personal reply
Start from a saved template, edit the subject and message, then save a draft. Recruiters review offers and rejections before sending.
Follow the communication history
Review recorded automatic and recruiter messages alongside the candidate. See whether an email is queued, delivered or cancelled.
From setup to results in four clear steps.
- 1Review workspace email defaults
- 2Tailor campaign wording where needed
- 3Prepare and review personal drafts
- 4Send and follow the recorded email history

For recruitment teams that want consistent messages while keeping individual conversations personal.
Frequently asked questions.
Which emails are automatic?
The email hub labels each message and its trigger. Examples include email confirmation, application acknowledgements and supported open-day confirmations. Personal messages, offers and rejections require review and sending by a recruiter.
Can we preview without sending?
Yes. The email hub shows sample candidate details for a preview. Previewing does not send an email.
Will editing a template change emails already queued?
No. Saved wording applies to future messages. Existing drafts and queued emails keep their content, and delivered emails cannot be changed.
Does changing an application stage send an email?
Changing a recruitment stage does not itself send an offer or rejection. Your recruiter reviews the relevant message and chooses Send. Supported automatic event confirmations have their own triggers.
Can an interviewer change all our email templates?
No. Shared defaults and campaign wording require owner or workspace-wide Recruiter access. Assigned recruiters can work on permitted candidate drafts.
