A few useful answers.

Is Incentively only for councils?

No. Northmere demonstrates a council use case. Public bodies, government agencies, housing associations, schools and charities can also discuss a package for their community. We’ll agree the tools, scope and any additional requirements with you. Tell us about your organisation.

Can we use our council’s branding?

Yes. Use your council’s logo, colours and community content. Your team manages these through its Incentively workspace.

Can schools and community groups take part?

Yes. Partner pages give schools, charities, clubs and community organisations their own presence. Your team can manage contributors and review partner content.

Do we have to take every feature?

No. Start with the tools you need and discuss additional modules as your plans grow. We’ll agree the package and scope with you.

Who can access the demo?

Council staff can request access using an official council email address. Requests are reviewed personally before access is granted. Approved visitors get a private workspace for seven days; the resident demo is read-only.

Can we discuss procurement and technical requirements?

Yes. Share your requirements and we can walk through the proposed scope, data handling, permissions and implementation. You can also read our Trust Centre.
