Getting started
Choose the parts you need now, then add more when the journey grows.
Can I use just one Incentively product?
Yes. Incentively is a connected suite, but you can start with one product, two products or a tailored combination. You are never required to use the full platform.
Can I add more products later?
Yes. You can begin with a single campaign, event, survey, Learning Experience or reward workflow and expand later without rebuilding everything from scratch.
Do recipients need to download an app?
No. Most recipient experiences work in a normal mobile or desktop browser. Rewards, tickets and passes can also be kept together in the Incentively Wallet.
Who is Incentively for?
Incentively is designed for organisations running customer, employee, supplier, partner and event engagement. It can also be used for simple, playful experiences created just for fun.
Pricing and scale
Pricing reflects the products, volume, delivery pattern and support your organisation actually needs.
How much does Incentively cost?
Pricing depends on what you want to use and how you want to use it. For example, sending 10,000 emails in one day creates different infrastructure and support requirements from sending the same volume across a month. We work with you to make sure the setup delivers genuine value.
Why is there not one fixed price for everyone?
Two organisations can use the same product in very different ways. Volume, sending speed, storage, integrations, team access and support all affect the most sensible plan. Bespoke pricing avoids forcing smaller users to subsidise large or unusually intensive deployments.
Can I start small?
Yes. You can start with a focused use case and increase products, capacity or support as the programme proves its value.
Can you support a very large launch?
Yes. Tell us the expected audience, timing and delivery pattern before launch so we can prepare the right capacity and rollout plan.
Products and workflows
Each product works independently, but the biggest value often comes from connecting the journey.
How do Incentively products work together?
A person might receive an event invitation, check in with a QR ticket, complete a Learning Experience, unlock an Incentively Pass, save it in their Wallet and receive a survey afterwards. The activity stays connected rather than being split across unrelated tools.
What is the difference between Code Distribution and Incentively Passes?
Code Distribution manages inventories of unique codes and allocates a code to an eligible recipient. Incentively Passes present, deliver and track a complete third-party reward or benefit, which may include a QR code, barcode, voucher, link or redemption instructions. Explore Code Distribution or explore Incentively Passes.
Can a Learning Experience deliver a reward?
Yes. Completion, a score or another outcome can form part of a wider workflow that qualifies someone for a reward, Incentively Pass or follow-up campaign.
Can events trigger follow-up communication?
Yes. Attendance, non-attendance, registration or ticket activity can be used to support reminders, thank-you messages, surveys and connected reward journeys.
Email, SMS and delivery
Send the right message at the right time, with delivery configured around your campaign.
Can Incentively send emails?
Yes. Incentively can deliver invitations, tickets, rewards, reminders, surveys and follow-up messages through connected workflows.
Can SMS be implemented?
Yes. SMS can be added as an extra where it suits the workflow, audience and delivery requirements. Additional messaging costs and setup may apply.
Can communications be scheduled?
Yes. Supported campaigns, passes, events and follow-ups can be saved as drafts, tested and scheduled for later delivery.
Can emails use our branding?
Yes. Organisations can configure logos, colours, sender details and relevant compliance links for a consistent recipient experience.
Rewards, passes and wallets
Deliver your own rewards or professionally present benefits fulfilled by a partner.
Can I distribute restaurant rewards?
Yes. Incentively Passes can deliver a complimentary dessert, dining credit, free drink, return-visit offer or another restaurant benefit, then keep the pass in the recipient Wallet and connect follow-up activity.
Can I upload rewards from another provider?
Yes. You can use externally supplied codes, QR assets, vouchers, links and partner offers where you have permission to distribute them. The organisation and provider remain responsible for validity, value, terms and fulfilment.
Can recipients find their rewards again?
Yes. Eligible rewards, tickets and passes can be presented in the Incentively Wallet so the recipient has one place to return to.
Can I track redemption?
Tracking depends on the reward and redemption method. Incentively can record delivery, opens, claims, scans and redemptions where the relevant workflow supports those events.
Learning Experiences
Create quick quizzes, structured learning and interactive engagement for staff, customers and partners.
Can Incentively create quizzes and e-learning?
Yes. Learning Experiences supports quick quizzes, longer editorial learning, cinematic image-led experiences and structured Academy-style journeys.
Can I use Learning Experiences for customers or suppliers?
Yes. They can support customer education, product knowledge, supplier onboarding, vendor compliance, partner enablement, event engagement and good old-fashioned fun.
Can I add images and video?
Yes. Questions can use uploaded images or supported YouTube content, with layouts designed to present media responsively.
Does Incentively replace a full LMS?
It can cover many focused training, assessment and engagement needs, but it is not presented as a replacement for every specialist enterprise LMS requirement. It can also complement an existing learning system.
Training, support and feedback
The platform is designed to be intuitive, with additional guidance available when you need it.
Do you provide training?
Yes. The suite is designed to be intuitive, but we are happy to guide your team on setup, workflows and best practice. Bespoke training and implementation support is chargeable.
Can I request a feature?
Yes. We always want to improve Incentively and welcome useful feedback. Requests are reviewed against security, usability and the wider product roadmap.
How do I contact you?
Email customercare@incentively.co. Include the organisation, campaign or product name where relevant so we can help more quickly.
Can you help design a workflow?
Yes. Tell us the outcome you want, the audience and what should happen next. We can help identify which products and connections best support the journey.
Data, privacy and control
Keep access, records and recipient journeys controlled as your use grows.
Is Incentively secure?
Incentively uses controlled access, secure tokens and product-specific protections. Security information and policies are available through the Trust Centre.
Can different organisations or teams be separated?
Yes. Business workspaces, permissions and product access are designed to keep organisational data and workflows appropriately separated.
Can I export or report on activity?
Reporting and export options depend on the product and workflow, with activity records designed to support operational review and campaign analysis.
Where can I read the privacy and legal information?
Visit the Trust Centre, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Where can I find the Incentively logo and brand colours?
Visit the Incentively Brand Hub for our logo, colour palette and brand guidance.
A question rarely ends with one product.
Build the journey around what should happen next, not around the limits of separate tools.
Tell us what you are trying to achieve.
Every organisation works differently. We would rather understand the workflow than force you into a setup that does not fit.
