A new season.
A growing team.
A clear view of the opportunities that belong together.
We have your application.
Hi Sam,
Thank you for applying for Operations Manager. Your application is now with our recruitment team.
We appreciate the time you’ve taken to tell us about your experience.
Sample email · personalised for your candidateEvery step.
In your voice.
A considered candidate experience starts with what you say. Review automatic emails, edit your defaults and tailor the wording for individual campaigns.
From acknowledgements and open-day confirmations to interview invitations, reminders and decisions, your team can see the message and understand when it goes out.
Personal messages begin as editable drafts. Offers and rejections need a recruiter to review and send them. Delivered emails remain part of the candidate’s communication history.
Optional local distributionYour next hire
could be nearby.
Put public opportunities into the local picture. With Place Keys distribution, eligible vacancies and recruitment open days can appear as nearby opportunities in relevant area guides.
People discover the role, explore the details and apply through your recruitment journey. Applications and CVs stay in Incentively.
Talk to us about local distribution- 01
Choose your opportunities
Select the public vacancies or open days you want to distribute, with an accurate location.
- 02
Add local discovery
Arrange a separate distribution allowance with our team. Eligible opportunities can appear in relevant Place Keys area guides.
- 03
Keep the recruitment journey together
Candidate submissions return to Incentively, with Place Keys recorded as their source.
Distribution is an optional paid service. Availability and costs are agreed with you. Internal roles and private recruitment records are excluded.
Let people meet the team
before they join it.
Give your recruitment event its own registration page. Set a capacity, offer a waiting list and manage check-in. Bring it into your recruitment campaign and add an arrival guide with useful local travel information.
Recruitment belongs
with your recruitment team.
Enabling Careers for an organisation does not give every colleague access to candidate records. Recruitment roles are assigned separately.
Workspace owner
Can access recruitment and decide who else takes part. Manages the careers hub, candidate privacy settings and team access.
Recruiters
Can manage all recruitment or be assigned to specific opportunities. Workspace-wide Recruiters manage campaigns and shared email wording.
Interviewers
Work on specifically assigned applications. They can review relevant information and add notes within that assignment.
Make it yours. Then make it happen.

Is this suitable for a larger recruitment team?
Careers gives your organisation shared recruitment records with explicit access roles. Group opportunities into campaigns, search and filter vacancies and applications, and give each campaign its own email wording. Talk to us about your users, hiring volume and setup requirements.
Can we schedule vacancies and set closing dates?
Yes. Save a draft, publish immediately or choose a future publishing date and time. Scheduled publishing runs through the site scheduler. A closing date stops new applications at the deadline; expired opportunities are removed from active public listings.
Can we edit the emails candidates receive?
Yes. The email hub includes editable defaults for confirmations, acknowledgements, open days, interview reminders and messages for recruiters to review and send. Campaigns can inherit these or use their own wording. Personal messages can be edited as drafts before sending.
How does Place Keys distribution work?
Select eligible public vacancies or recruitment open days for optional paid distribution. They can appear in relevant Place Keys area guides, with applications managed in Incentively. We agree the distribution allowance and costs with you. Internal roles, CVs and private recruitment records are not distributed.
Does AI make hiring decisions?
No. AI assistance summarises job-related evidence and highlights transferable experience to explore. Every application remains available, and recruiters make hiring and rejection decisions. You can choose manual review.
Does every colleague get access to applications?
No. The workspace owner assigns recruitment roles separately. Recruiters can have workspace-wide access or be assigned to specific opportunities. Interviewers are limited to assigned applications.
Are candidate submission pages public?
No. A candidate must confirm their email and verify an emailed PIN to view their private submission. They can remember a trusted device for up to 30 days and sign out whenever they choose. Private pages are excluded from search indexing and caching.
Can candidates apply without creating an account?
Yes. Public applicants can upload a PDF or DOCX CV or describe their relevant experience, then confirm their email. Internal opportunities require authorised staff access.
Can we include recruitment open days?
Yes. Create an open-day registration page, set capacity and a waiting list, manage check-in and tailor the candidate emails. Add the event to a campaign and attach a Places & Guides arrival guide.
