Can we use this internally without charging?
Yes. Make rooms free to book for your team or your clients. You can also create free and paid campaigns for different audiences.
Can someone ask for a room for 300 people?
Yes. An enquiry can specify the date, expected numbers and requirements without choosing a room. Your team checks what is possible, assigns a suitable space and confirms the arrangements.
Can we book interview rooms from Careers?
Yes. An authorised recruiter with Meeting rooms access can book from a candidate’s application. The application shows the room and booking status. A confirmed room can supply the date, duration and location for a Careers interview invitation, which the recruiter reviews before sending.
Do room managers see every candidate?
No. Candidate details and application links require the appropriate Careers permission as well as room access. Other room managers can see that the time is reserved without seeing the candidate’s details.
Does the organiser need an Incentively account?
No. The organiser receives a private management link by email and can add attendees. CRM search remains available only to authorised workspace users.
Can we recommend suppliers other than caterers?
Yes. Add any relevant vendor — balloons, flowers, photography, sound, lighting or other services — with a description and contact details. Guests arrange those services directly with the supplier.
Can we schedule branded follow-up emails?
Yes. Review and edit suggested messages, choose recipients and schedule follow-up emails. You can also choose whether the venue receives alerts for new bookings and requests.
Is there something to try before we set up?
Empty workspaces show illustrated demo rooms and example activity. Choose Make it yours to create editable demo rooms. They stay unavailable to guests until you review and activate them.
