Start with the registered facts

Search by company name or Companies House number. Review company status, registered details, directors, accounts deadlines and recent filings, with links to the official record.

See the payment picture

Where a company publishes payment practices reports, compare reported payment times and payments outside agreed terms. Report dates and missing data stay visible.

Follow the changes that matter

Save a company watch and choose the change types you care about: status, accounts, directors, filings or payment reports. Select website updates, email alerts or both.

Keep it with the relationship

Link the legal company to an organisation in your CRM. Open company information alongside the relationship your team already manages.

Frequently asked questions.

Where does the company information come from?

Company records come from Companies House. Payment information comes from the UK payment practices reporting service. The page shows source links and the dates of available records or checks.

Does every company have a payment report?

No. The reporting scheme does not cover every business. Incentively shows reports where available and makes missing information clear.

Is this a credit score?

No. Business Intelligence presents reported company information and changes. It does not provide a credit score or guarantee that a business will pay.

Are company watches live?

Watches check periodically for selected changes. Updates depend on the source publishing information and a successful check; they are not a real-time feed.

Does linking a company subscribe the whole team?

No. A CRM link connects the company record. Company watches are personal to the user within that workspace, with their own selected channels.

Can we start with Business Intelligence alone?

Talk to us about enabling Business Intelligence for your workspace. CRM linking also requires the relevant CRM access and setup.
