Incentively Forms are branded online forms that collect structured information and connect responses to the wider Incentively workspace and CRM.
Can a form collect information that is not a standard field?
Yes. You can create custom fields for sensible organisational needs such as dietary requirements, availability, VAT numbers, emergency contacts or preferred airports.
Can published forms be deleted?
A form that has been published or has responses is protected from deletion. It can be unpublished, locked, expired or archived while preserving its history.
Can form owners receive notifications?
Yes. Each form can notify the creator and additional configured recipients when responses are submitted.
