Make third-party rewards feel like your own.
Most organisations already have rewards: a restaurant voucher, a partner offer, airport parking, a hospitality benefit or an externally supplied QR code. Incentively Passes gives those rewards a polished delivery experience, places them in the recipient wallet, tracks engagement and connects every follow-up — while the supplier or partner remains responsible for fulfilment.
Valid at The Garden Table after your next meal.
What are Incentively Passes?
Deliver and track restaurant rewards, partner offers, external vouchers, hospitality benefits, parking discounts and third-party QR passes through one connected platform.
Turn an external benefit into a joined-up experience.
Passes work independently for polished delivery and tracking. Pair them with Events, Surveys or Rewards when you want to extend the journey before or after redemption.
A polished home for external rewards
Present partner offers, restaurant rewards, parking discounts, gift cards and externally issued QR benefits as branded digital passes.
Flexible distribution
Assign passes through the CRM, manual recipient entry or CSV upload, then schedule delivery and send tests before launch.
Lifecycle visibility
Track issue, delivery, opening, claiming and redemption where the underlying pass or workflow supports it, while preserving historical records.
Connected recipient journeys
Link passes with events, Learning Experiences, campaigns, surveys, follow-ups and the Incentively Wallet.
Clear fulfilment responsibility
Incentively controls presentation, delivery and tracking; the organisation and external provider remain responsible for validity, value and fulfilment.

What are Incentively Passes?
Incentively Passes are branded digital passes used to distribute and track rewards or benefits that are fulfilled by a third party, such as a restaurant, retailer, parking provider, venue or partner.
How are Incentively Passes different from Code Distribution?
Code Distribution manages inventories of unique codes and allocates a specific code to each eligible recipient. Incentively Passes focus on presenting, delivering and tracking a complete external benefit or offer, which may contain a QR code, barcode, voucher, link or instructions. The two products can also be used together.
Can a restaurant use Incentively Passes?
Yes. A restaurant could issue a complimentary dessert, dining credit, loyalty reward or return-visit offer, deliver it to the customer wallet, track the pass lifecycle and follow up with a survey or future campaign.
Can we upload passes supplied by a partner?
Yes. Organisations can add externally supplied QR codes, barcodes, voucher assets, links and offer details, provided they have permission and ensure the benefit is genuine and redeemable.
Can passes form part of a wider workflow?
Yes. A participant might attend an event, complete a Learning Experience, qualify for an Incentively Pass, receive it in their wallet, redeem it and then receive an automated thank-you message or survey.
Who is responsible for fulfilment?
The organisation publishing the pass and the relevant third-party provider remain responsible for availability, value, terms and fulfilment. Incentively provides the delivery, presentation and tracking layer.
Can live passes be deleted?
Live passes with recipient or activity history should be archived rather than deleted so reporting and audit records remain intact.
