Our aim
We aim for public pages, claim experiences and account areas to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Work includes semantic headings, labelled forms, keyboard operation, visible focus, responsive layouts, readable contrast and assistive-technology support.
Known limitations
Some organisation-supplied logos, images, colours, documents or linked third-party pages may not meet the same standard. Older or newly introduced areas may also need further improvement.

Email customercare@incentively.co with the page, device, browser, assistive technology and problem encountered. We will review reasonable requests and try to provide an accessible alternative.
Review
This statement is reviewed as the product changes. Accessibility is part of ongoing design and testing rather than a one-off claim of complete conformity.
